Julie Hansen is an international sales speaker and trainer and the principle and founder of Acting for Sales. She is also the author of ACT Like a Sales Pro! which was named a finalist for “Top Sales and Marketing Book of 2011.”
Julie has provided sales training to thousands of sales professionals worldwide from companies such as, Oracle, SAP, Terumo BCT, Oasis Advantage, National Public Radio, Elements Massage and Coldwell Banker.
Her innovative techniques have been featured on NBC and in many publications across the globe, including on the cover of Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey’s Sales and Service Excellence (Oct 2011), Selling Power, Sales Management Digest, ColoradoBiz and Entrepreneur’s ThinkSales Magazine, South Africa.
Julie draws on an award-winning sales career and her passion and experience as a professional actor. She has 25 years of experience as a sales professional and served as director of sales for America’s Bestselling tabloids, The National Enquirer and Star Magazine.
As a professional actor, she has appeared in over 75 theatrical plays, television shows and commercials (including HBO’s Sex and the City.)
Julie graduated from Colorado State University and enjoys teaching acting techniques to seniors at The University of Denver Lifelong Learning Institute.
